The hotel is generally a good, convenient location, near the market and 7 eleven, to the beach of khat 15 minutes on foot. But be prepared, you have to leave a deposit at check-in and you will be smiled at every day at the reception, and when you are evicted, a spoon will accidentally disappear, as happened to us. Apparently, the day before the eviction, the staff comes to clean the room and hides or takes the spoon. When checking out at the reception, they said that you are missing one spoon in your room and they do not want to pay the deposit, and the transfer is already standing and waiting, that is what they use. I went back to my room and found a spoon in the bathroom under the sink, even though it was on the table the day before) Well, number one got caught with cold water and the toilet didn't flush. For 3 days I went to ask for elimination, they never succeeded, eventually after 3 days they overpowered to another room, everything was fine.

Stayed at this hotel for only 3 days. I take it there's more than one hull. There's a high one where on the ground floor there's a direct exit to the pool. We lived in the building where the reception is located. There's no elevator. But we had a second floor. Really liked the narrow ladders, corridor boy. There are only 4 rooms on the floor. No neighbors heard. Nice hotel. Nice location, no no noisy establishments nearby. Shops, a market, cafes - not far away. All clean, neat, polite staff. Breakfasts are delicious, varied. They only swam in the pool once. I think the water is so cool. Mostly went to the beach or walked. It takes, of course, 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach. But it's very close. Because if you look at the map, there is a passage to the beach at the beginning of the beach and at the end. On the first line, the hotels were all occupied. The room is comfortable, big. They took the "superior suite." There are no dental supplies. We didn't ask you to clean your room, we put up a sign right away not to disturb. Didn't see the point in such a short time. On the day of departure, we rented out our room in the early morning, had time for breakfast (from 06:00 they start feeding). And we were allowed to keep our luggage. We came for him after the tour in the evening.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They do not care about guests experience, just money. They fine for everything, oil from your hair gets on the bedding £45 charge, my child dropped a glass.. charge, they even charge if you lose a teaspoon! They didn’t even ask if my son was ok, just a letter in the room with a charge. They tried to charge for a telephone that was never in the room to start with, they make guests feel like you can’t relax as they charge for everything, I think they forget guests have paid to stay! I felt like I couldn’t enjoy a day out as I was worried about what letters with charges would be waiting. The family rooms are on the third floor with no lift, if you check out at night they will tell you there’s no porter & expect you to carry your suitcase down the stairs. They do not clean the rooms, just sweep the sand and make the bed. Housekeeping does not even have any cleaning products. Staying for 2 weeks the rooms should be cleaned! The ‘clean’ towels are filthy & grey, ‘clean’ bedding is stained. The pool is full of green algae around the edges and the communal toilet is always dirty. The staff at the pool bar cannot calculate properly. They didn’t charge us for something and on our return from a day out there was a group of staff waiting for us with our passport photos in the lobby as if we were criminals. So humiliating! A water tanker delivers water throughout the morning, so you will not sleep in as the lorry is right outside the room beeping as it reverses at 7am! Honestly save your money and book another hotel, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
