The hotel itself is nice and clean, it near the shops and restaurant. Room is big and smiley staffs. However it near the main road so a bit noisy so I was difficult to sleep well. She staff there also speak good English and we have good communication.

I stayed in Lemongrass Patong in my recent trip to Phuket. For the rate that it offers, it is certainly worth. Walking distance to Simon Cabaret, next to Family Mart abd also next to Halal restaurant. Also walking distance to Malin Plaza where there are many local food to try. The staff is also friendly & English speaking.

+ 1. Location, though not close to beach or Janceylon (15 min walk). 2. Wi-Fi worked well. 3. Spacious room. 4. Most easiest check in as we reached by 3.45 AM. They were actually waiting - 1. Road facing balcony and hence more noisy. 2. The lady was kind of always busy in restaurant as she was managing both. Overall ok to stay, but do consider something near by Patong Beach.
