Beware really bad place No have security in night sleep something broken wait and wait for to be fixed No have restaurant No have anything The owner very no polite English very bad Read peoples experience

hospitality nonexistent .. All furniture are damaged .. No mini golf .. No court tenis .. no room service .. laudry not included in the price for sheets etc. .. Rental price at the head of the customer .. 15000Thb of a 20000Thb ! Prices KWH charge 8Thb/Kwh instead of 5Thb ! Internet 600THB, works very badly and very slowly .. 300Thb fixed water bill .. which represents 10.000litres consumes less water in the month! Not maintained garden .. Mosquitoes, Cobra and Varans are true tenants .. So DANGEROUS ! In short, if you like to pay money and have no services in a false webside ... Rent at Pine 3 Village!! For an average bill 25000Thb/mois ... You will stay in the worst HOTEL Phuket ...

Humid, smelling, with mosquitoes, mould, not well maintained, some AC not working, ants, expensive for what it is... Called a hotel, but not a hotel. Internet slow. No daily cleaning. No shuttle. Nobody there at some specific hours. Not professional. Restaurant.. nothing special...
