I cannot recommend staying here. Our room was tiny and cramped, there was no hand soap in the bathroom (and the staff did not seem to understand what I was talking about when I mentioned this), the air conditioning did not work properly and the staff were utterly uninterested in their guests almost to the point of being rude. We had booked two nights, but checked out after one to stay elsewhere due to the air conditioning issue. Also, despite claiming to speak English, the staff clearly do not. The only positives were that the room was clean and it is in the centre of the old town, but there must be better options in the area.

This is a place to flee urgently. I don't understand how they can get a good rating. I went there with my 3 year old son to take the boat the next day. The location is good but that's its only asset. Mold all over the bathroom. Towels that smell bad and we refuse to change them. The rooms are separated by colored stained glass windows so if your neighbor sleeps later you have to wait because the light is also there. Very noisy. The staff is not there to help you at all. When we left to check out at noon at 11:50 a.m. they made the phone ring until we went downstairs even though our things were already downstairs and it was just that my son was in the toilet. Unacceptable.

Stayed here for 1 night to explore the Sunday night markets, perfect accommodation in a great location, you will not find better, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, 2 bottles of water and very efficient air conditioning. Highly recommend this place if you need accommodation in the old town.
