Katanoi Resort

Very good value. Spacious room, lots of natural light, I like the old style open corridor layout compared to a modern boxed in building. Kitiya at reception is very friendly and helpful. Location is just across from KataThani Resort lobby and steps away from Kata Noi beach public entrance. The atmosphere here is so much better (price and hospitality wise) than one other place down the road.

We rested from 1.12. 2025 to 15. 12.2025 just waxed super and chic. Room is wonderful.cleaning every day. Hotel location to the beach is very close all nearby. Thank you so much Thailand and thank you so much Kata Noi Resort!

We were at this hotel in August 2024. The hotel is small: one building, 4 separate villas and a small swimming pool. All 4 villas stand in a row, two meters apart, but the neighbors are not heard at all. We lived in the villa as we went four with friends. Villa small but cool) has its own kitchenette with gas cooker and microwave, large fridge, comfortable sofa and large TV with normal internet connection (youtube does not brake at all), its own veranda. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms have air conditioning, the common room only has fans, but we had enough. From the hotel there are 2 ways to the beach: bypassing the Katathani Phuket Beach Resort or through it (we were initially embarrassed to walk through them, then thought why not). Bypass - 5-7 minutes, direct - 2-3 minutes. You better walk straight: no one stopped us and they have foot-washing baths from the sand on the way out of the beach. Around the hotel there are several massage parlours, cafes, restaurants, gift shops and 2 mini markets (tops and 7Eleven). If you only come to swim at sea and take excursions - you may not leave this mini-village at all, as there is always somewhere to eat and where to buy groceries. If you want to stroll through night Thailand, a 15-minute walk away there is a walking path along Kata Beach, where there are plenty of bars, shops, markets with local food and fruit and plenty more. Or for 400-500 baht (about 1,000-1300 rubles) you can take a tuktuk to Patong and walk along Bangla Road (it is worth it, but it is better to walk without children). Between Kata and Patong there's still Karon Beach, there's a lot there too, but we weren't there (just passing by). But the fun part about this hotel is the beach. It is considered the most peaceful and less crowded compared to Kata, Karon and Patong. The water is very clean, though it sometimes nails all sorts of debris from the sea, but just a little bit. We were in August when it's rainy and we always had waves. But we liked it even better) We spent hours jumping on them, even though we were all in our 30s)) We have decided as a whole that for company or family holidays such Villa is optimal. It doesn't look as luxurious as some hotels. The hotel has a small swimming pool and no restaurant at all, but it is much better than renting separate rooms when eating with company. Overall we were very pleased with both the villa and the staff and especially the beach)
