The location of the hotel is great! 5 minutes - Kata beach, 5 minutes - Karon! The room has everything you need! The breakfast is rather poor, but it is better than nothing. Don't wait 2 star hotel be 5 star hotel, and you will have a great stay there)

we book this sp house for 11days our first time this hotel no toilet work no hot water and no changed bed cover and our first morning me and my wife go toilet no have water wtf me and my wife find toilet outside cz there are water problem so poor room really not so good

Hotel has several buildings. Location is great. Restaurants and beach on a walking distance. Our room was ok with ac and tv. Nice balcony. Cleaning every day. 4th floor without elevator, climbing there was exhausting. Pool area small but nice & quiet. There was no shower or toilet. Nice budget hotel. would recommend if you don´t need anything special.
