Great location and excellent customer service. However, the AC is not very effective—you can only feel it when you're on the bed, not throughout the entire room. AC sucks! The hotel feels outdated and could be cleaner. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. Also, they don’t exchange pool towels once they’re used, leaving you with a dirty wet towel all day

So this hotel was OK. The staff were really nice and friendly, it was comfortable and did the job for us for staying for a few days, but had we stayed longer I wouldn’t have been impressed. The hotel is very dated, in need of a lot of updates, and is not always the cleanest. The hotel has massive potential, is really well placed, yet the pool advertised needs attention; it’s literally separated by a thin bush to the main road, which makes it totally impractical to use due to the extreme noise, and the stench of fumes. All in all, it was just OK.

The hotel was dirty... So dirty... Dust everywhere, pillows dirty and smelling from former guests, the wall is showing wear and tear. Our door to the balcony had lots of mold on the outside. We only stayed one night and left to find something cleaner. On the positive side, it has a good location
