It was very bad experienced for us.. thank god we stay just for one night! We arrived at 5.30pm.. and the receptionist give us a key to room 510 but when we go to the room that room was not ready yet! Common guys! Its already 5.30pm! The check in time is 2pm there and the room is still not ready?? Are u kidding me? After that they change us to the room 406.. the room was smelly and the aircond was not working well.. we already adjust the temperature to coolest one but its still not working at all.. and we ask them to check the aircond but they said they already check! But still there’s no solution for it.

We had stayed 3 nights. Room was clean. Breakfast was limited but OK. Front desk staffs were very helpful. We got a good packed breakfast as we checked out early. I have boked cab from diffrent travel agency but not arrived at time. He spoke with her and sorted it out for us. Not far away from beach and bangla srtreet.
