Terrible hotel with bad management i have ever stayed ,total scammed us ,after booking days in advanced we arrived then payed then they took us across the road to a different hotel ,room is terrible 100% recommend never staying here ,it's a total dive bucket , owner refuse to give money back , total scam dont stay

Family booked this hotel for five nights after we had previously spent five nights at another hotel as we were travelling around Thailand. We stayed just long enough to rebook ourselves back into the previous hotel we’d actually just left,it was absolutely awful.in the short amount of time we spent there approximately a couple of hours we were bitten all over by fleas,the bedding had blood stains the toilet seat was gross and loose ,cushions were filthy the fridge needed de icing as the door wouldn’t open . After climbing three sets of steps to the roof bar and swimming pool we decided the place definitely wasn’t for us as the pool actually resembled a swamp that shrek would have felt at home in. The reception area had a huge hole in the ceiling where water was dripping down onto the lounge sofa. On arrival they asked you to sign a form saying you will pay for any item that isn’t working or marks on the bedding,the bedding was covered in stains I have an easy gag reflex so I wasn’t actually brave enough to look at the bare mattress. We are now back at our original hotel and because of our experience and the fact we returned in the same day we have been upgraded to superior room with both pool and sea views,so glad to be back.

And so friends the truest review of the hotel will start in order. 1.Very good location of the hotel all in walking distance shops food and clothing market to Patong beach 10 minutes walking distance also to Bangla Road 10 minutes 2.I agree the hotel is old and the furniture is old, but personally in my room No.309 the air conditioning worked well the beds did not squeak there is a noise from the street from motorcycles but if you close the door of the balcony tightly nothing can be heard. 3.The cleaning of the rooms is normal but you should definitely hang a booklet so that they clean your place. 4.The friendly staff will definitely help and prompt. And now the downside: 1.Breakfast I was only once and never went again as there is no choice I was given a 3B1 coffee and half a glass of lemonade and a couple of small sandwiches and on that all honestly I have not seen this anywhere (advice take without breakfast there market and all eat will not stay hungry) 2.The pool is not first fresh can just lie down and catch fire. You cannot take anything into the pool if you have already taken a worker will run and ask you not to consume your drinks but to buy from him. And his choice is not big 3 kinds of Thai beer 2.3 kinds of diluted whiskey,and three kinds of cocktails.(pool price beer Chang or Leo 0.33-100 baht, Obscure cocktails 200 baht) 3. No tea bag has ever been put in the room and coffee is only water.
