Friendly and helpful staff. Safe. There is a guard on all night. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach, nightlife, and shopping. I stayed for 6 months. They give discounted rates the longer you stay. However, if you chose that option they do not provide you with bedding or pillows and they dont clean your room. Only thing it's missing is a pool. I've stayed there twice for extended periods. It's definitely the cheapest place i found if you're planning on staying in patong for a while. Loved it.

Full of ladyboys and prostitutes offering services in pretty much every room. Rooms are clean however this is a place to rent mostly cleaning is done once a week and 13,000 thb a month is decent. On Soi Nanai Road which is near Patong Beach.
