We signed a contract for 2 months. Paid 30,000 baht (15,000 monthly payment and deposit). It turned out that there were cockroaches in the hotel, we started killing them. Mom developed an allergy. They called the manager and asked to terminate the contract and return the deposit. He said no problem, but he would return it at the end of the first month. We lived through the month with grief, packed our things and asked to make a settlement: return the deposit and pay the bills. Big and clean room. Good value for money with bed and breakfast. Friendly staff. Love the dim sum breakfast. Situated in strategic place in town where Patong Beach is nearby and walking distance. In fact most facilities are within walking distance. Would stay here again if I visit Patong Beach again.

Pros - good, quiet location but close to beach and main strip Cons - ants in room (30-40 seen) in bedroom and bathroom. When I complained they asked if I had left food in room (I had not) when I had only checked in an hour before. - late breakfast starting at 8am so if you are planning to travel do not count on getting breakfast. You can get toast and instant coffee before 8 - unhelpful/unfriendly/unwelcoming staff that is hard to communicate with and doesn't seem to care. Very little English - no separate shower area in bathroom I would not recommend this hotel. In the future, it is worth looking elsewhere or paying $5-10 USD a night for something nicer.
