We only stayed here a night but it was great value and we had a really nice stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to solve problems as soon as possible, they were also happy to carry our luggage up the stairs, no questions asked. The room itself met all our basic needs. The bed was huge and the room was very clean. Overall I would return here and recommend it to travellers on a budget!

If you looking for a relaxing holiday at Patong, forget this place, their location are good, close to major attraction at Patong, not far from all famous restaurant (within 1km walk), beside major road. Their problem are too close to anything, as you know, Patong are very busy and crowed of people, you wont sleep very well here, full of sounds of various activity. Room are big consider what you paid for, the towel and sheet they provide are not new but clean. Helpful owner in the morning to make sure everyone cant catch up their transfer to any day trip tour.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January, room was large and well cleaned daily staff were busy in hallways daily dealing with the mosquito's with electric swatters to keep them out of rooms. Only a 5 minute walk to Jung Ceylon shopping complex and the Banzan markets and bangla road.Only drawback is the roadworks out front but its not a big problem they have been fixing this road in sections for the last 2 years. Would stay again and recommend.
