Were at this hotel on New Year's Eve. Very good budget three, polite staff. Cleaning the room is of course limp as in many hotels in Asia. Meals, good breakfasts: always eggs, always watermelon and pineapple, juice, a variety of second courses of rice pasta, also had shrimp and sandwiches. Coffee and tea available until lunch. Beach towels, mats all provided at reception. The staff let you shower the day you left after you were evicted, which is not insignificant on the road.

Relaxed at this hotel in February 2025 by a couple. The hotel is on the third very busy street. We've been put in a B building in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the road and it's a nightmare, it's impossible to sleep, the noise is like you're standing in the middle of the roadway and that noise is around the clock, night and day. After much persuasion we were moved to the 6th floor also overlooking the road, here the audibility is very strong, but the room itself is better than the previous one , at least there is a closet. First time I see only 2 towels, medium size towels not at all🤦‍’” Cleaning every day, but like everywhere else in Thailand. We didn't have any breakfasts or regrets, there's everything near 7/11. Plus the hotel that there is a coffee machine in the dining room (free of charge) can be used from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. The drive to the beach takes 15 minutes to take a leisurely step, we went to the north of Patong there the water is much cleaner than in the south. The infrastructure around the hotel is varied, right minute 15 market Malin , left Barzan. Opposite the hotel minimarket , we used to have dinner there, I recommend, cook very delicious. You can only go to this hotel if you are put in a room with a view of the river, but it's lucky.

The first thing they did when they chose a hotel was to target the cheapest possible. Our "programme" did not include a holiday in a hotel, wanted to see as much as possible on the island and beyond. Which is what we actually did all holiday) However, Sino Maison became a cabin that we enjoyed returning to. Always clean towels, air conditioning, hot water, safe, kettle, refrigerator, very large and comfortable bed, everything you need for a comfortable stay/night) When checking in, they asked for a quiet room, We went to a meeting and were given a view of the river, it was very comfortable, although once we were woken by "jolly" neighbors who returned in the morning, but the hotel clearly had nothing to do with it) The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We didn't take breakfasts, we bought sandwiches in Seven, there are two of them nearby and in the morning we enjoyed coffee) There are all the necessary things nearby, huge shopping mall, markets, cafes. Next door, massage parlor, massage I liked, went a few times. On the patong we did not swim, we went to nearby beaches Karon, Kata Yai, Kata Noi, the best for swimming, Januj for snorkelling) The hotel's location is great for travel across the island. It is convenient to get to different beaches and the center of the island. We recommend visiting the water park - Andamanda and the great show for the evening - Siam Niramit, spared no money. Choose a hotel for your purposes, then there will be no disappointment)
