From check in to check out it was great and Ms Jam took care of the same. Even choice of our rooms. The whole front desk was very respectful and responsive.

We had an unforgettable stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa, located on the peaceful Mai Khao Beach. The resort offers a luxurious and serene atmosphere, with elegant design, perfect for a short tropical getaway. Room: Our 3F Superior Room with a king bed was spacious, newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The garden view added a calming touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Dining Highlights: Breakfast: A wide selection of Thai and international dishes served in a beautifully decorated space with a relaxing ambiance. Sitting outside by the lotus pond and small waterfall was a peaceful way to start the day. Sandbox Restaurant: Fresh seafood grilled to perfection, and the unique beach sand flooring made dining barefoot a fun and memorable experience. Takieng Thai Restaurant: Authentic Thai cuisine served in a stunning wooden interior. We chose to sit outside on the veranda overlooking the Andaman Sea—truly breathtaking views and highly recommended food. Spa Experience: I had a truly memorable 90-minutes treatment at Quan Spa. My therapist, Ms. Maew, was one of the best I’ve ever had. She applied just the right pressure, with perfect pacing, movement, and duration for each part of the body. It was a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting the resort. Resort Grounds: The property is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical forest, lotus ponds, and small creeks. The architecture blends seamlessly with nature, and walking around the resort felt like trekking through a tranquil tropical forest. Service: The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Their Thai smile and hospitality made our stay even more special. Overall: Renaissance Phuket is a perfect choice for anyone seeking relaxation, great great food, and beautiful surroundings. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit.

I recently stayed at the Bastion hotel nr Apeldoorn, this was my first time at the hotel. The reception and the proficiency of the staff along with their courteous nature was great. The hygiene of the hotel and the room was very good and the price was very fair. The breakfast was very enjoyable and to have a person making orders to invite (ie omelettes etc was excellent).
