Modern Thai Villa Rawai

We stayed at this villa for 4 days Pro 1. Great and helpful people 2. Awesome and comfortable stay 3. Tastiest food from the kitchen 4. Clean property Cons 1. Limited internet connectivity 2. Far from the main Phuket area and it took almost an hour to reach places in Phuket 3. Communication issues with the staff in English All in all we loved & enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed at one bedroom villa in Rawai for ten nights. The two first mornings we were woken up at 7:45 by the poolman ringing the doorbell several times, despite the fact that we had closed the gate for privacy. The general service at the villas was ok, but not as good as we would have expected fra hotel with this rating. The hotel has a restaurant that was open until 8 pm. At two occasions (the only ones) we visited the restaurant around 7:30, the restaurant was closed. On arrival the kitchen cabinets were dirty and we started our stay cleaning them- the cleanliness at the rest of the villa was ok. The villa had a good size and the garden is secluded (room 101). In generally the sun never reaches the sun deck. The temperature is nice, so if you like shadow, this is perfect.

Nice villa with good sized plunge pool. It’s tucked away from the throng but only five mins by taxi to main beaches. The villa is fine but not luxurious. Contrary to other reviews here it is very poorly equipped. No oven. No outside chair cushions .. No toaster. No teapot. No iron or ironing board. No dishwasher and no washing machine... but the beds... fantastic! Wouldn’t rush back but perfectly fine if your happy to eat out all the time
