All Seasons Naiharn Phuket

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to visit Naiharn Beach! The resort itself if fine, but the property is older and needs a refresh. The rooms were comfortable, but the A/C units were noisy and both of our rooms had issues with the aircon. The pool is nice, but again a little tired. The breakfast is decent and the wifi was weak in the rooms. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. So if you don't mind the hotel being a little old, this is a good spot to stay at to enjoy Naiharn Beach which is amazing! Also the hotel offers free daily shuttle to Kata, Karon, Patong and Phuket Town.

I have cut the point because in spite payibg extra for the room with baby.. they charged me on last day for his breakfast. Place is far far away from the hustle of phuket town n patong etc. Away is awesome in this case. We went early Oct and it was empty n nice so we enjoyed our break and had full rest. We had the pool facing room n there were rooms with sea view too but we enjoyed the proximity to pool n restaurant. Complementary message is useless and they pretend to be busy for no reason. In my presence max 10 rooms were occupied and still she said too busy n packed etc etc.. no smiles at all. All other staff were polite n helpful. They try to help you and sign language works best many times. Concierge is hoax and you get 1 half the price tours in market without haggling but we know Thailand so we went for 1/4th price tours. Taxi outside again are mafia like n just for a drop to kata took 900 and I did a whole day trip to phang Nha bay in 1100 for a family of 3. Imagine the contrast. Place is awesome.. beach is calm and for yourself but we went just b4 start of season so don't kill me if you see 100 ppl one day. Evenings yes there were more ppl but mornings were too good to be true. Don't fear the cats... they are friendly n persistent but they do understand who shall play n who will hit. My A/c created nasty sound only when we started but later was quite so we never complained. Housekeeping ladies are sweet too. Breakfast was nice... variety changed for 15 things and others remained constant. We loved it and eggs were always fresh. Unlike some comments our egg lady was sweet, maybe because she was not over worked. There is a lake n park nearby in case you are misding any Work out time. Come here only for a vacation n no action.

It is on a quiet beach in southern Phuket, away from the noise of tourists, ideal for a peaceful family holiday. The room is functionally fine, with mini fridge, safe deposit box and coffee maker. Breakfast is excellent. Sleep quality is good. However, the hotel is spread over a wide area and it involves some walking along moderate inclinations or stairs from the reception/ breakfast room to the room. In spite of being near the sea( the beach is just across the road), and with gardens, the rooms and even indoor is comparatively free of mosquito menace. The hotel is well maintained, and lives up to the standard of accorhotels. However, they have a strange system of keeping an advance security deposit which I have not seen in any of the dozens of accorhotels across asia ans=d Europe where I have stayed. The management should review this policy as this leaves a bad taste, particularly for those who have been a club members for years.
