Baan Suan Mook Hua Hin

Baan Suan Mook is a small hotel + restaurant located 6-7 km from hua hin town. It is undoubtly beautiful (especially its villa) as it has been featured on many architectural website. We had a great time chilling by the pool and enjoy the cool breeze. But apart from the building I found the place a bit unrefined. The room (mine located on the main building) was clean and tidy but you can hear all the cars passing by, might be a problem if you're sensitive. The land are not well developed but not a problem with our stay. The pool is well kept and clean. Staffs are helpful but we wonder if there's no room making during our stay... The wifi signal is super strong. I heard that their authentic hua-hin food is nice too but we didn't try. I would suggest this hotel to traveller with car as it's pretty far from everything (luckily some minimarts around), people who like dogs as there are a lot of white dogs in the resort, and people who enjoy nature as the place used to be a pineapple field. The price is reasonable (mine's 1200฿ per night). If you want a private place to stay I think this could be the answer. Hope this help ;)
