Don't book!! Management is lying! Promises that are not kept!! Very poor decor, very uncomfortable and old! TV ancient! From one day to the next, all the water was drained from the big lagoon during the high season! No more swimming possible

It was certainly once a nice facility, now getting old, nothing is renewed and with management you fall on deaf ears and are ignored. The garden team and also the security do their best and also come to the rescue quickly when there are again warblers and snakes in the garden. Awkward old furniture and beds, as well as smelly drains continue to cloud the picture. It was felt over years nothing was done. For more than 30,000 Baht, you can certainly get better and newer villas in Hua Hin.

So..... some dissappointment here. The resort is very nice, very well maintained, security is top with cars registration camera screening but ..... our Villa has an old TV set, no "smart " TV, meaning no way to watch Netflix and others. The Kitchen is a shame with a 2 rusty electric stove which must be at least 25 years old, the fridge is an old model - frosting like crazy -, no deep freezer. No washing machine. And...... ! last but not least the electricity bill for 2 weeks ( 14 days ) is THB 2 200 ! during which we were away for 5 days, meaning this is a 9 days invoice .... Crazy 1
