Super nice staff, comfortable simple, very clean room, nice hot shower, lovely pool area, Hotel is located at the southern end of Khao Takiab, 150m to beach, quiet neighbourhood. I stayed twice over a one month period, and both times a great stay. I believe that the hotel has been refurbished as it has been closed in previous years. Great stay But once again great staff

The boat concept is nice but the execution and comfort is missing. At first I really like the boat concept. Thought it was pretty cool. However the bathroom has a stench that never seems Togo away. Also the bed seems dirty. The breakfast was not a hit at all. I was a bit nervous taking each bite as it may lead to the hospital. The food on day 2 looks a bit better though. Also the locals like to talk loud at night and horsing around at 1am. On the bright side, the pool looks nice and the kids seem to enjoy.

The price is good for long stay and hotel inside is not bad need to renovate a bit for the average I think is well done and service is nice. Staff friendly. Area close up to the beach. Then we think we will come back again in April.
