I thank you very much for all your attention, I spent a great time in your hotel. My favorite hotel in Thailand. Great location, and the best: great room! Fantastic!!

This was our third 10 night stay at Cape Nidhra, this time as a family of three. Our stay was absolutely superb in every way! Absolute perfection… On booking the hotel, Alessandra was superb. Super efficient and responsive. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. Indeed, all the hotel staff are incredible. All super friendly and engaging. Always had time to chat and were very attentive. In the restaurant, the waitresses quickly memorised our breakfast drinks and always kept them topped-up. Reception staff are really helpful and polite. Also, the pool guys were very friendly, especially Chris who remembered us from our previous stay. Christian, the General Manager, who has been at the hotel for each of our visits. He is a lovely genuine chap, who always had time to chat and was really helpful in offering advice. I feel that the outstanding running of this hotel is attributable to his calm manner and leadership skills. The breakfast itself was always delicious. A vast array of high quality hot and cold food items that were rotated throughout our stay and various drinks choices - hot and cold. Fresh eggs cooked to order, and an extensive range of fruits incredibly delicious prepared infront of guests. We also ate in the restaurant one lunchtime and evening; choice and food quality outstanding. Service impeccable as always. The grounds of the hotel and the buildings have been maintained brilliantly. Everything is aesthetically perfect and it has a really nice relaxing ambience. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are particularly impressive and airy. I like the way the dressing areas are linked to this space. Always cleaned and tidied brilliantly each day. The air conditioning a real plus after being out and about in the stuffy heat. The location of the hotel is perfect; overlooking a pristine and peaceful beach - very calming. Also, conveniently located to access a shopping centre (Market Village) and lots of local restaurants. Also, walking distance to a night market. Overall, thank you so much for a perfect relaxing stay. We have only just departed and are already missing Cape Nidhra. It is a very special place, with amazing staff. We really can’t wait to return for a fourth stay!
