G House Hua Hin

stayed here for our short trip to hua hin as we have stayed here be for the hotel is very well maintained with good size rooms which have good amenities air con room safe air dryer fridge small tv with some western channels hot shower the rooms are very clean all so the hotel does a free shuttle bus to the town and beach a few times a day out side the hotel if you turn left there a food and drinks garden with live music very cheap great change if you dont want to go in to town at night next to big c about 10 minutes walk

The room was spacious and clean. I stayed for two nights here. The location was good, near to the town and to the railway station. You can also rent a scooter from this hotel. Everything was good except for the air conditioner. It was not broken and still functioning, but they make noise which would annoy you at some point. The staffs were really nice too.

I was there nearly one month ,no keitel in the room asking for one and the unswer we don't have one ,but promise me to get one ,waiting time 14 days ,in their website they writhe that we gonna pay the hotel the all amount in thai currency ,but they have didoct 2 times the money from my credit card, I was asking way they did the only unswer I have got we don't know you have to speack with the manager ,then I replay please call you manager, she is not here now she be here 1pm that say then I told them to call here and they agree after talking with here she apologized and assured me that they will send back the money back to my account,I haven't think more of that couse I was tired and I want to relax ,days are gone and one day i controll the payment from my bank and i just found out that they have charged me more than they should, i have pay to them nearly 6000th bht more ,i was asking at the reception to talk with GM and they told me that hi was in Japan, how can I have a chance to talk with him ,no problem you can write him a mail couse hi is controlling the mail post every day ,did so ,I haven't got any replayment to my mail and nothing else ,than I will never put my feet in that hotel and I hope people will be more careful about using their credit cards ,the end of my review the place in 3.5 mm from the beach and not 500 meter like they do advertising in their website.
