Me and my friends booked this resort because in review and picture sooooo!! nice we excited to go here for relax and celebrate for my birthday on 7 May 2016. When we arrived no more wellcome from staff maybe they thought we are Thai no need to do special.Lack of staff when we went to restaurant for lunch the guy told me that no chef!!!!!!!!! and they have group! It mean for another guest have to go out? HOW COME!!! do they have restaurant for what!! we so surprise. Surrounding of the resort is good but trees almost died because too hot is summer season in Thailand but we understood that. They still have swimming pool only one side and the rest same as picture was dry up. Room was clean bed, bathroom more comfortable, but we still disappointed with this trip they should take care garden around resort i think if they do it will be better. Breakfast awful!! no more select choice. Recommend if you need to go after rain season around October will be better but for me no need to go back at all

OK price, nice forest theme, but inherently hard to maintain, thus don't expect things to necessarily work or look like in pictures around. For example with so many trees, though nice, the swimming was not welcoming. If no car, transportation can be challenging, they do pick/drop by main road but if on demand for example to the beach they might charge expensive and that's inconvenient. Food was quite good and not overpriced but limited choices. New rooms beautiful for now, tree house fun for kids but not sure why more expensive than new rooms. Overall fun for kids but transportation to/from town/beach can be a serious pain. One weird thing, they moved our things when we were out because they had a group. I understand but charging new room's rate was wrong.
