Nicha Hua Hin

I am sorry to say that this place has had it's day now. We have stayed at the Nicha suite & spa hotel many times before and had good experience. But sorry to say they had badly let this place down. Covid has done no favours for the Nicha. Apon arrival we noticed all the dust and strains on furniture, There is no lift here, and had to haul all baggage up to the 4th floor. There are 19 steep steps to each floor, so if you are disabled or have a bad heart!. Then don't even think about here or your next place will be Bangkok hospital. When entering the room, OMG the smell. Everything Evan the towels were yellow not white.my wife cried. The smell from the bathroom drain stunk to high haven. I went put to 7/11 bought 2 big bottles of disinfectant and detail to try clean up the room and smell better. Would not give refund, we have complained to agoda. The family staff live downstairs and sleep in reception of night, so when you come down in morning early, they just wake up , and the smell of sweaty feet OMG horrible. We feel that you need to know this and be aware that it like the backpack hostel. Old, dirty, smelly, old wooden furniture broken and just run down to hell. Some of the pictures we upload still don't show the place at it's worse. We suffered here, and hope you don't do the same

Booked here for two nights but checked out after the first night! On entering the reception area, the windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in MONTHS let alone weeks. They were filthy, not a good first impression when entering the reception area. The receptionist gave us our key and pointed us in the direction of our room. On entering the room, it looked dated, not a problem had it not have been for the dust on the furniture. You could have written your name on it and I’m not exaggerating. The drain in the shower area didn’t have a cover, just a hole leading to the drain, the toilet seat area wasn’t very clean, no stopper in the sink and underneath seating area and bed were thick with dust. Photos don’t lie! On a positive note, the air conditioning was good and there was plenty of hot water and the bed was clean.

First off, the hotel doesn't have an elevator so if you have a big heavy luggage and you're only 5feet tall, you have to ask the man from the front desk to help you with that. 👀 (of course!). Anyway, I wasn't expecting anything nice but when they opened my room (located at the top floor), wow! It was designed beautifully, almost similar to a 4 star hotel.
