While the beds were okay, and the breakfast was fine, that’s where the good stops. We arrived to no information about the goings-on in the hotel, no information on how to reach the room or the front desk from the room. No towels were in our room and the air had clearly been off for days as it was hot and musty. I tried to call down and the phone never rang through. I searched for an instruction page and nothing was there. When I reached the front desk, they said they would send a housekeeper with towels and to dial ………. “Something”. For a 4-star hotel, with a world known name, this was not a good experience. On our way out, we tried calling for a bellman, and no one came. When we reached the front desk, she said they never received a call…… Food was fine. Nothing exceptional about this stay other than the pool, which we didn’t attend, and the view from the room we got. Would not recommend or return.

I would like to report a serious security incident that occurred during our stay at the Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin. While I was alone in our hotel room with our two-year-old daughter, we suddenly heard a huge bang. The closed balcony door unexpectedly came out of the frame and broke into pieces on the balcony. At that moment there was a very strong wind outside, but the door was completely closed and I was sitting quietly on the bed when it happened. It was a very frightening experience. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but that is purely thanks to luck. If we had been standing at the door or on the balcony at the time, this could have ended very differently. The staff at the pool, reception & restaurant were all extremely helpful and sweet, especially with the kids. Kids club is definitely nice too. But would not book this hotel again based on this experience.

On our BKK holiday we went for couple of days to Hua Hin and booked here. Good value for money hotel. Clean and close to the sea and main road. Enough amenities to spend time. Only not the best swimming in the sea.
