Great view (4th floor), but no elevator! We had sent an email in advance to inform about the lift and the answer was that there was a lift, unfortunately it was not mentioned that this only serves for the 2nd (then the stairs) and the pier view rooms. We have nevertheless taken the room because the view is beautiful. Room was okay, super small balcony which you can not actually use because there is also the air conditioner and it leaks and gives a lot of heat. And also the bathroom (read toilet with shower) is small, and completely wet after showering, tip; a floor mop would be very nice. The sink is in the room itself. The location is good, you can find everything in the area. There is a swimming pool a short distance away which Victor's guests can use at the other locations. The 7-eleven is next door. Overall we had a great stay!

I booked one of the cheaper rooms near the reception. My AC unit took 2-3 hours to get my room cool. It really never worked well. My room was a tiny little box, and not too clean. I liked the ambiance of the place though, and I think a bigger room would have offered a better experience. They certainly looked nicer. Decent pool, but not as nice as the photos. The breakfast didn't look very good, so we never ate there. In fact I never saw anyone eating it. We walked down the street to another hotel and had breakfast there. The location is great, and it is right near the water on a quaint street. The night market is only a few blocks away as well, and we ate there every night.

I would give this guesthouse 5 but the last morning I stayed some Russian or Germans had music pumping and being real loud at 7.30am. No staff told them to be quiet. Then I requested to late check out at 7.30pm for a cheaper rate but they wanted full rate so I wasn't too happy with that. Otherwise good position. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Big clean room. Don't know about breakfast as I never had it.
