A fantastic hotel in a wonderful location that is just a little tired. We stayed for 4 nights on our way to Ko phyam island. Fantastic value great service and a stunning roof top pool. We visited the hot springs ( please note there are free public and at least 2 pay to enter pools), royal palace and obviously the shops and markets. I would have given a 5 if there were sun beds by the pool

Good for overnight stop, free parking. Room was clean and modern decor. Walking distance to restaurants. Down a small lane so not easy to find driving, need GPS. Need to walk up steps to reception.

I booked a de luxe room, which was a disappointment. AC was very weak, no hand soap and quality of shower gel and shampoo very poor. Also they don't understand the hospitality concept: the reception and coffee shop staff didn't speak English and were very rude and unhelpful. The hotel looked not kept in good standards. It's a pity because could be a nice place with a good location.
