According to our experience of regular travelers in Thailand, the Pension is very overrated in reviews. The Pension is generally aging and very poorly maintained. The staff is friendly but no help is offered for unloading luggage while the floor is not served by an elevator. It is rare even in more modest establishments we have always had kind assistance. The window for Check-in is ridiculously small (15-18) outside these hours, we must warn and the process of entry and exit by code from 7pm is complicated by the absence of guard...) The pool exists but is really not beautiful: old like the "spring" But the worst was our expensive room for Thailand: 2000 baths. If the view of the river is excellent, the rest is in poor condition. See the attached photos: clean but holed sheets, shower curtain so old it looks dirty and bathroom set lacking in sharpness. The canopy windows and mirrors are dirty as are all the common areas of the Inn which, although not repulsive, are distinguished by numerous stains on the walls and other inconveniences due to ageing. As a bonus, broken glass on our terrace had not been swept. The Floating Point of Sale is quite close (5kms) but probably the Thais who frequent it, they come here to party because moreover, there was a lot of noise in the neighboring rooms and the soundproofing leaves to be desired. We enjoyed the music late at night and even had to ask to turn down the volume as there is no monitoring from the property... I think it is really better to look elsewhere or even opt for a pension in the centre better situated for the Weekend Point of Sale which remains the flagship Attraction of the sector. We strongly advise against it.

Second time this year in this hotel. Very good place to stay except on friday and saturday nights when groups of poorly educated people don't behave the way thai people do. We know a lot of hotel owners and they all advised us not to stay at their places on weekend days.

Great place. Very nice rooms. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Huge breakfast. Great location by the river. A vehicle is necessary because the places of interest are scattered round. Very nice staff.
