The hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. As soon as we parked and stepped out of the car, a bellman politely came to assist us with our luggage, which made us feel very welcome. The swimming pool was great, and the bar staff were attentive and provided good service throughout our stay. We were traveling with a toddler who is just learning to walk, and the hotel felt comfortable and suitable for families. The bedroom was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere—not too crowded, making it a relaxing place to enjoy our meals. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel while traveling with my family because it advertises itself as a four-star property. Based on that rating, I expected a certain level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard a four-star hotel should provide. The service quality was unacceptable. Even very simple and reasonable requests were handled poorly, and the staff showed little professionalism or genuine hospitality. At this price point, guests should expect attentive service and basic courtesy, but that was clearly lacking during our stay. I have visited Hat Yai more than 30 times and stayed at many hotels in the city over the years. Without exaggeration, this was the worst hotel experience I have had in Hat Yai. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and travels frequently, I am very familiar with service standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at all. For the same price, there are many other hotels in Hat Yai that offer far better service, professionalism, and overall guest experience. I strongly advise tourists and families to consider other hotels before booking here

I needed a very quiet room away from noise. And a very nice man, Mr Tai, recommended a room at the corner that ended with 07 to the receptionist. And so they put me in that room and I’m very very thankful for that. I love my room. it was nice large spacious. Well thought of. Even though there was a little street noise, it was a whole lot better from another hotel that I just moved from that was filled with heavy traffic noise. Had good amenities such as slippers and a robe. The only thing that was missing was a toothbrush. But that was OK. The breakfast was good. And they changed the main dishes basically every day. Which is good for a person who’s staying there for a couple of days. There’s quite a lot of parking spots. I was recommended to eat at a restaurant called economical kitchen, which was pretty good. In fact there many foreigners go there to eat. I would probably stay here again in my usual corner room from ever back. I highly recommended.
