Very old rooms and not maintained properly. In the toilet I found Centipede about 4" long and one killed by other two escaped. If children's staying means very dangerous. No other facilities like hot water kettle, coffee etc.I wont recommend to my friends. Air conditioner making lot of noice.

We stumbled across this place while looking for a reasonably-priced place close to the Hat Yai bus terminal. It's not the closest hotel, but it's probably the closest that's under 1,500 baht a night. Rooms were 690 baht (for a queen sized bed) or 790 baht (for a king sized bed). It's unfair to expect flawless English in this relatively untouristy part of Thailand, so don't be surprised to go through a few hand motions. Rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped. A couple peculiarities prevent a five-star rating: ~ The only blanket offered was a towel-like blanket similar to what you drape over you at a hospital. I probably could've asked for a second one. The king-sized bed in the room we saw looked to have a proper set of blankets / sheets - not sure why our queen-size bed room didn't. ~ A breakfast coupon was offered along with the receipt to a 100 baht deposit for the key (this is ~$3 USD, so don't make a fuss over it). When we woke the next morning, there was no information or place to redeem it. It's rather uncommon for a two-star hotel such as this to offer breakfast, so we let it go. Otherwise, it's a great place - if we're ever in Hat Yai again we'll seek this place out again. You're 50 meters from a 7/11, and a number of street food vendors set up along the main road next to the convenience store. WiFi was fast on my tablet (possibly because it was midnight and no one else was on).
