The Regency Hotel Hatyai

During the flood, the hotel gave absolutely no real help. I was stranded without food, water, electricity, or any basic support. The management’s total lack of care was unbelievable — not a single staff member seemed to know what was going on or what the plan was. I’ve never felt so ignored and abandoned by a place I was paying to stay in. What made it even worse was seeing how Lee Garden handled the situation. They actually tried to help their guests — and even offered me food despite the fact that I wasn’t staying there. That’s real hospitality. The contrast was infuriating. And to make things even worse, I heard from someone I met there that the hotel was actually trying to charge guests for their stay. How is that even remotely fair when the hotel couldn’t provide the most basic things a hotel is supposed to offer — food, electricity, water, and even a clear plan of action? We weren’t getting what we paid for, and it’s not like we had the option to leave or go anywhere else with the entire area flooded. Expecting us to pay under those conditions feels completely unreasonable and disrespectful.

Very bad service especially the front office and management.no shower curtain,the location as not what i expected.the food just normal.better just boycott this hotel.
