Business ❘ Couple I booked this establishment through a booking platform and only realized a few minutes after confirmation that the room had been registered for one person instead of two. I immediately contacted the establishment to report this error and request a cancellation or modification. Despite the speed of my action, my request was denied without any solution, discussion, or goodwill gesture being offered. I understand that booking conditions exist, but I find it regrettable that no distinction is made between a late cancellation and an error reported a few minutes after booking. I therefore recommend that future travelers be extremely vigilant when making their reservations and check every detail before payment. Based on my experience, the establishment applies its conditions very strictly and does not seem willing to negotiate or consider modification requests, even when they are made immediately after booking. The quality of customer service is an important criterion and says a lot... Unfortunately, this experience does not encourage me to recommend this establishment. Service 1.0

Stayed there 4 nights Breakfast was very simple and not much choices.Our room was not cleaned the last day and the coffee and minibar was not restocked during the entire stay.

We stayed in a room with jacuzzi, and overall the room is very nice, well decorated and the place is really beautiful. The setting is nice and everything is neat, making the stay pleasant. However, two negative points unfortunately tarnished our experience. First of all, the hot tub: when we arrived, it was not working and we had to call someone to help us. The start-up is very long, and especially there is not enough hot water available. As a result, after a long wait, we had to enjoy a hot tub... cold, which is obviously disappointing when booking this type of room precisely for this service. Second point, more problematic: we had booked the day before at 6pm a taxi via the hotel for 7am. At 7:25, the taxi was still not there. We were made to wait and make sure that he arrived “any minute”, or even that he was already there, which was not the case. Time-pressed and risking missing our boat, we had to call another taxi in an emergency and pay for it ourselves. We paid 850 baht the day before (including 150 baht commission for the hotel on a 700 baht taxi). The next day, without reservation, we paid only 600 baht. We asked the same person who cashed us the day before for the refund, but she couldn't be unlikely, we also asked for the refund by email, but 48 hours later we still have no return. It’s a shame because the place is superb and the room very successful. With better management of the hot tub and above all a more reliable transport service and more responsive customer care, the experience would have been excellent.
