Very nice house, about 1 km or so from the beach (a bit off-side, you need a car/bike). Nice private pool. Not very clean when we came... The following was NOT included despite contrary information; - TV-channels. - dish washer - daily cleaning - security

Booked this accommodation through Agoda in August 2014 for a stay in December 2014 over the new year. Once arrived at the villa nobody there, tel no. on booking receipt not working. called the number on the sign outside only to be told sorry we are already booked. This was in peak season so we had to drive around the island trying to find alternative accommodation. I would not recommend anyone to book this property unless you want to risk arriving on Koh Samui to find your accommodation double booked.
