The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the pier once you get off the pier you turn left and walk towards the beach line and it’s the second Hotel I stayed in a bungalow number 10 overlooking the ocean very comfortable beds refrigerator big shower, very relaxing. The hotel has Internet, but it’s very weak in some areas. The suggestion is a Wi-Fi extender signal booster. They need to have at least three of them placed in some of the bungalow to have a stronger signal, the cost is very low

We just finished another two nights at Baan Manali Resort. During this trip, we already stayed there for four nights, and we decided to come back for two more nights at the end of our vacation — because for us it’s simply the most perfect and enjoyable resort on the island. We’ve stayed at Baan Manali during three previous vacations as well, and returning here truly feels like coming home. The place is always peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff are kind and wonderful. The rooms are well-kept, renovated, and offer a great sense of privacy. The sunsets from the restaurant are stunning, and the food is excellent and very fairly priced. The resort is located 3 min drive from Thong Sala pier but yet when you are there you feel srounded with nature .It is owned by a truly special and lovely family — warm, welcoming people who make every conversation and every moment of hospitality feel exceptional.

The rooms are very pretty spacious and comfortable.With nice terrace and hammock.The cute pool and the food downright great.The place and very quiet and it is very nice.However at 6pm the hotel does not serve any more meals and there is nothing next door.The 1st restaurant at more than 500m and downright shabby.Regarding "the beach" it is a lagoon with mud because the water is not renewed....no interest.Pity.
