Do not recommend to stay here. We booked a room and wasn’t told that there are different prices for the different duration of stay. It is actually understandable, but we were confronted by the staff guy who claimed it is our fault we didn’t ask about it. How we were suppose to know? He didn’t apologize just was asking for more money, we were very upset as it happened after already 5 hours of our check in. The room was filthy, moldy, the bed sheets aren’t changed after the previous guests, there is a thin layer of a tiny bed sheets that divides you from the mattress that smells like piss, the pool is dirty. Bad experience, better avoid and find a room on the beach for the same price.

I had an amazing time at the Overbay resort, it really can not be beaten! From the picturesque views to the most friendly and helpful staff that I have ever had the pleasure to stay with! The rooms are immaculately clean and surrounded by all the endearing sounds of the forest. The restaurant is very spacious and offers a wide range of culinary delights. The best beach in Kophanghan is also only a few minutes walk away, with numerous bars and very nice restaurants situated along it. It truly was a beautiful experience and I will definitely be returning!!!
