Lime n Soda Backpackers

Simple but ok room, beach is nice but you can not swim in the sea because of too shallow water level. Do not pay more than 40 euro pet night, than its ok. We paid over 105,- euro and didnt even get breakfast and they charged us the waterbottle that was in the room. Ps. Taxi maffia charges also way too much on the island

The resort is ideal if you want to be close to the port of Thong Sala, but still want to live right by the sea. You can walk to the night markets (Phantip Market) but is far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff always helpful. We had a great time at Lime N Soda. The beachfront location is unbeatable, especially for sunset. The complex is beautiful green and offers real island feeling.

We booked 4 nights at this property. Regarding the rooms, I had read in some comments that there would be mosquitoes in the room but I did not expect to kill so many every day (at least 20)!! A bomb could be available in the rooms! The bedding is hard and old. Overlay of mattress to fill the age of the main mattress. The sheets and towels are stained and torn. You have to ask for an extra towel... next to that, we have a nice sheet in the room listing the cost for each deteriorated or broken object, whether it be a glass or the towels. A little cheap! Regarding the staff, the smile remains helpful but without smile (except the staff at the reception) The deckchairs are in numbers but without mattresses, after 30min, back pain because you feel the bars. Clean and nice pool. Breakfast very good. The music is continuous from morning to night and especially too loud! Sea not the most beautiful and with lots of seaweed. In conclusion, nice hotel but to review level of comfort and smile of the staff...
