Great disappointment when we arrived: - don't expect to swim on the beach, the water is very shallow and there are plenty of rocks. It is also dirty with a lot of waste (not right in front of the resort but elsewhere) - the place is full of mosquitoes (more than other places we stayed in Koh Phangan) - the room indicated for 4 people does not sleep 4 people: the so called sofa bed is made of concrete and very narrow (good for a small kid). Our older daughter had to sleep in a mattress on the floor in our room (which was not the plan), with the airco leeking on her head - No doors: the separation of the the rooms and the bathroom is made by beach sheets (of bad taste)... - extra hard double bed, even for someone who likes a hard bed - 2 big old dogs sleeping on the door step and on the sofa on the terrace. So it smells of dog. We felt we were disturbing them. - No water when we came back from diner after a day at another beach: we were warned that there were water shortages at our arrival, so we knew. I asked when the water would be back and got a time. 22h we still have no water to shower our kids, I went back to inquire and was treated in a very unprofessional manner by the lady who was present. We can understand water outages but not this attitude. Not common for Thai people who are usually very welcoming. - The airco in the main room was out of order - The decoration is made of bits and pieces, more of a camp than a resort. Would be ok for €30 a night, not €80 - Loud music from a bar nearby: the bass resonates in the room until midnight

We spent 3 days in this charming little corner of paradise. Sebastien was great. Very nice, very welcoming and very helpful. He took me to rent a scooter and then briefed me a bit on the things to do/see on the island, which was very nice of him. The place itself is top notch. We had one of the rooms that faces the sea. A splendid view. The place is super quiet, there is almost nobody so you have to like it. Personally I loved it because I wanted to feel privileged and immersed in nature and it was done. Small downside, the beach to swim is not great, the water is too low and you have to walk very, very, very far to be able to swim there. Regarding the room, you should not expect a 5 star hotel, it's the spirit of a bungalow vacation and you should keep that in mind. I didn't have any problems with it, but it was a bit harder for my wife. The air conditioning was not powerful enough and the water flow was not good enough either. The small bar near the beach is a plus. I read in comments that the dogs were dangerous and well not at all. They came to see us from time to time and they were adorable. Will we go back? I don't think so but I have very good memories. Thank you Seb!

Stayed here for 3 nights in total, for starters Sebastian is a really nice guy who will do anything to help you out and make you feel at home he is a great person. The bungalow we stayed in was quite run down with only 2/4 lights working in the room when you turned the shower on one light would cut out leaving it very dark. The door wouldn’t fully close it would leave a opening seal which allowed midges to get in so we got heavily bit every night even though we had mosquito plugs in and spray on too. We unfortunately didn’t have a beach view however we was never guaranteed one so that’s no one’s fault however it’s quite underwhelming if you’re not on the beach front. You’re quite secluded away from the main attractions so it’s either a taxi or renting a scooter is needed to move around the island as there’s next to nothing near the bungalows so you need to travel. Probably wouldn’t stay again however it is what it says on the tin, he doesn’t promote anything it’s not so you can’t complain.
