+ the room was very clean, large balcony, nice pool area ,lawn carpet, good location, very friendly reception - unfortunately it looks a bit different behind the hotel. The plastic waste piles up here, but unfortunately the way to the beach is also very littered. This is where the hotel should be taking action. The beach area right next to it has plastic waste every few meters, not very nice..if you walk along the beach a bit, it gets better.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The room was dirty, and the amenities were outdated. I won't be returning. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I felt ignored during my stay, and my concerns were not addressed properly. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep There was a strong, musty odor in the room that made my stay uncomfortable. It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned in ages. The pool was closed The pictures on the website were misleading. The room looked nothing like what was The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. I didn't feel safe walking around, especially at night. I paid a premium price for this hotel, but it felt like a budget motel

I apologize in advance for the rather long and detailed review. We stayed at this hotel from 01/31-02/05. During this time, they cleaned our place once, solely at our request; the hotel staff themselves did not offer to do this, but every day they brought a couple of bottles of water - but this is almost everywhere in Thailand (this hotel was our eighth on the trip). From the point of view of accommodation, everything was quite comfortable, but of course minimalistic for the money ($385 for 6 nights on booking), although we booked this hotel actually a week before arrival, there was no choice. What caused the most negative emotions was the attitude of the staff towards what happened at night. For several nights in a row, a group of marginal Germans organized such noisy “festivals” with slamming doors, smashing bottles and constant smoking (yes, yes, I know that this is allowed here). It was basically impossible to sleep. Other hotel guests and I repeatedly tried to reach out to their minimal remnants of conscience and respect for others, but nothing changed. The night guard was simply stuck on his phone and did nothing, did not react to this situation at all. But in principle, you can close your eyes to all this, buy earplugs and so on. The situation with renting a moped from hotel employees went beyond the point where it was possible to remain indifferent. We rented a moped for two days, and on the day of its return (this was in the evening at 17.30, an important point) we asked the reception to extend it for a couple of hours, since I injured my leg by stepping on coral and it was very difficult to walk. To which I received an answer that the employee who registered the moped for us had already left and we could return the moped the next day at 7 am, when he returned. Agree, few people will rent a moped at 6 pm, so our request was logical and understandable. The next day at 7 am, an employee began inspecting the moped and found a scratch on the mufflers and began to demand 1000 baht from us for this scratch. We showed him the video we made at the time of acceptance; it showed that there was already a scratch. I realized that the divorce did not take place, he began to demand another 250 baht from us because we did not return the moped on time, although we agreed on this at the reception. We had no option to call and wait for the police, since we already had a morning transfer to Phuket, we paid 250 baht and left, taking our passport from the deposit. Conclusion gentlemen: if you, in principle, do not care to sleep in silence and comfort, or to experience the drunken screams of marginalized freaks and the shrill cries of children woken up because of this - then it’s well come, sleep in dirty rooms that will be cleaned only at your request - please, come here . But I strongly do not recommend renting mopeds from the staff of this hotel. P.S.
