I had a wonderful stay at Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa. The resort is peaceful, the staff are friendly, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Khun Mind for kindly sharing recommendations for activities around Koh Samui. Her helpful suggestions made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel is a complex of leisure experiences: location, landscaping, interesting and clean room, swimming pools, common infrastructure and food. Virtually everything here is at a very high level, but unfortunately, the breakfasts have become noticeably bad. Two years ago, we were already on vacation in this hotel, and then he left great emotions. The rooms have amazing furniture, fresh air conditioning, clean and comfortable bed. The location among the jungle with its panoramic pool and sea views is still impressive. This time, however, the cost of accommodation has almost doubled compared to 2024, and the feeling of relaxation is no longer the same. What is missing is a complete sense of satisfaction precisely because of the changes in the restaurant. In 2024, there was a full buffet with a large selection of first-class fruit and a variety of dishes. There's a change of approach to restaurant management now. Gone is the relaxing music, gone is the old neatness and atmosphere. The food arrangement looks empty and unattended. Instead of a buffet, order on a small menu, and empty distribution areas only increase the feeling of decline. The quality of food has become common. Waiters make noise, which also affects the atmosphere. Milk in the heat was stale and the salad leaves were poorly washed. It is a pity to see such changes, because the hotel itself still has great potential and remains a beautiful place to relax. I think if the restaurant's food and service levels are restored, this hotel can win our hearts again.
