I only stayed there for 2 nights. Its location is great and close to the shops and tourist area. Room was spacious. Receptionists at night were nice and gave recommendations on food and massage places when asked. When they got our breakfast order wrong and the food was too spicy for us they apologised and made the right order for us. It gets a bit noisy because it's near the tourist area so can't complain. There is no hot water, just kinda non-cold water/lukewarm water in the shower. It was also abit difficult to pull the plug to change the water from the tap to hose when bathing and it kept reverting back to the tap. The breakfast changed from ordering at counter to buffet the next day. When we ordered at counter the breakfast was so much that it involved the main dish of fried rice/fried noodles, vegetables, fruits, 2 crossiants and 2 slices of Swiss rolls, so take note. but the staff was nice enough to let us take the remaining food back up to our bedroom and we toasted the crossaints to eat the next day at the breakfast area. we also had some issues with transport to our next hotel and the receptionist was evidently annoyed at us. overall, I think its acceptable and meh for the affordable price point.

Stayed January 2020. Great value and location. Pool is pleasant and shaded, but the loungers are really uncomfortable. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The minibar is stocked daily with water, but that is all. Unfortunately the AC sounds like an aircraft taking off constantly, and the only place you can get a relatively reliable internet connection is in the hallway. Beds are firm, and my shower was good, but other travellers reported issues. There is a charge of apx AUD $60 if you want a “guest” in your room, so probably not for singles. I didn’t try breakfast, but neither were a lot of other people. I don’t think that means anything, just that there is a lot of choice outside the hotel 3 minute walk to beach. 5 minutes to shopping centre on a bustling street. If they fixed the internet, I would have given it an extra star

Close to the beach with best of restaurants nearby and happening street, this is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Its a wonderful small hotel with excellent and polite staff. We felt soo welcomed after a long international flight. The beach is 5 min walking distance if you cut through a resort opposite the hotel. Breakfast is not so impressive but since it is just THB 200 I would say its value for money. The Area is very quiet until 11:00 am, so it would be wise to have breakfast at this hotel, else depend on some small marts like 7-11 which is not very far from this hotel on either side. Laundry service is available nearby for THB 50 which was really good. A large mall is just walking distance from the hotel and has a lot of fast food restaurants and a large supermarket. There was noise from the neighboring restaurant, which was the only downside.
