Lucky I had only booked this hotel for 1 night in a stop over from Phi Phi to Ko Pha ngan island. The room was quite shabby and run down. Luckily nearby restaurants and gym kept us entertained till our ferry the next day. We asked them if they could book us a taxi to Nathon Pier (it is walking distance but my partners knee is bad) and they charged us 400 baht which is a complete rip off. When the car arrived it was basically a family going down the road anyway so literally they charged us for just being extras in their car going past the ferry pier anyway. Terrible customer service.

Do not stay here. Rooms were dirty and smelly. When we complained we were shown some other rooms on a higher floor which were a little cleaner, otherwise the same and told that we were to be charged extra for this privilege!! We decided to cut our losses and move out.

The two worst hotel experiences I had in Thailand were both in Koh Samui. It is a pity because the island is really nice but I think we were unlucky. We arrived to our room which seemed really nice but suddenly we were surrounded by lizards. We requested a second room. When we moved there, there were no lizards but in the morning we even could take a shower. The bathroom was full of ants, mosquitoes, etc. The breakfast, the worst we had in Thailand and the swimming pool was really dirty. Really bad experience. They need to do something to improve quickly.
