Unreal. Perfect in every way. I’ve just seen some of the other reviews and can echo all that they say about every single aspect. I had looked at other hotels and chose this based on reviews, the individual nature of the villas which suited us as we have adult children, and the reliability of the brand. Our butler, Dao, was exceptional. She wrote handwritten cards when we left for an excursion, provided fruit, checked in on us and nothing was too much trouble. When my daughter was ill, she sent fruit and crackers free of charge. She gave us milk for our tea without charge. She was able to strike the balance of helpfulness without ever being intrusive. They even tidied the rooms around our schedule. This morning I went down to the beautiful beach, had an amazing massage, and we had complimentary afternoon tea while waiting for our flight. I forgot we had free transport but Dao remembered and had organised it back to the airport. Someone at the hotel described it as paradise. It is. Book it!

Our family spent eight unforgettable days at Vana Belle, and this has been one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Our room was magnificent, with breathtaking views over the ocean and the lush tropical vegetation surrounding the property. It truly feels like a hidden jungle overlooking the sea. Every detail of the resort is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. But what truly sets Vana Belle apart is its people. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our butler, Tik, took exceptional care of us. During Tik's two days off, Pum seamlessly stepped in with exactly the same warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Together, they made us feel less like guests and more like family. Unfortunately, our son became seriously ill on the second day of our stay and had to be admitted to Bangkok Hospital Koh Samui for two nights. Tik and Pum immediately sprang into action. They contacted the hospital, arranged a complimentary transfer, and continuously checked on us through messages to see if we needed anything. Shortly afterwards, our daughter also became ill. When both children returned to the hotel, every meal was served in their room until they had fully recovered, allowing them to rest comfortably. Throughout our stay, we were constantly touched by countless thoughtful gestures: fresh coconut water, delicious Thai sweets, and many other little surprises that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even on our departure day, when we had to leave the hotel at 6:00 a.m., the team had thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms, spectacular views, and outstanding facilities. What cannot be manufactured is genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality. That is exactly what we found at Vana Belle. To Tik, Pum, Zidane, and every member of the team: thank you for turning what could have been a very stressful family holiday into an experience filled with care, compassion, and unforgettable memories. Amazing stay with beautiful beach and serene private pool. The breakfast was delicious and loved all the amenities offered. I also had a 90 minute traditional Thai massage with Smile, it was the best massage I’ve ever had (I’ve had several massages), I would 100% come back here and also get another massage with Smile, she did wonders on my back and neck!
