Save Bungalows

as a solo traveller I booked 2 nights with save bungalows.My room was very basic with one large room, a double bed,unit to put my things, a good fan which kept my room very cool for sleeping, i needed the blanket at times! and a bathroom with flushing loo and hot water . I had my own balcony with a bench which was lovely for sitting out at and talking with other guests. my room was very clean with fresh towels when I arrived. The mattress was a little hard but this did not disturb my slumber! I loved staying so much I ended up here for a week and a half. The owner and staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating if they tryed. For the small ammount I payed for this stay I give it a big thumbs up.

Stayed last year and is more than happy to stay again. Same Rm 3 but with substantial improvement: all the cracks have been properly filled, bigger fan installed and a flat screen TV replacing the old one. Unfortunately all the channels are in Thai but it does provide a degree of entertainment even I do not understand a single word of Thai! Will stay again.

We've been staying here for over a week and it's absolutely great. You can choose from a simple bungalow with a fan and tiles or one with wooden floors and a bit smaller. They come with no hot water and there is no flush in the toilet, you will need to use a bucket. Perfectly fine. There is also a choice of a bungalow with AC and hot water but who needs that when outside are 100 degrees at any time of the day. The bed is firm and perfect to sleep on. The pilows have leather cover which are perfect for support. I don't use them for sleeping so I cannot comment. There is no duvet, only a thin silky sheet which is enough on a hot night. The street is quiet and 2 min away from the beach and teh staff is lovely and very helpful. I absolutely reccommend them and we will be back here again. The place it's the cheapest on the island, quiet and convenient.
