This has got to be one our best hotel experiences ever. An amazing oasis quiet and peaceful yet minutes walk from town centre and the shops and restaurants. The bungalows are beautiful, with quiet and efficient air con. Ours had an amazing balcony with an outdoor bed and you could spend time there watching the busy harbour and boats. It's also on a private beach from which you can snorkel with lots of coral and fish, I even saw a small reef shark (not dangerous). The staff are just magnificent and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent with great choice of hot and cold food. We would 100% recommend Sensi Paradise.

We absolutely LOVED this place. We were maybe not the average Koh Tao travelers, we looked for the quietest place possible in what is otherwise a very lively, night-life driven destination. The location was at the quiet end of Mae Haad Beach and was full of amazing birds and plants, and all things were very meticulously cared for around the resort. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Their pools were beautiful and felt like a part of the natural environment. The restaurant was lovely, open air seating right over the water, good sturdy tables and chairs. For breakfast (included buffet with some additional a la carte options) offerings were simple but generous - fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs, meat, pastry, Asian and Western. We never had a lunch or dinner here because there was a lot to explore in walking distance. What we loved most about the restaurant and the resort in general truly was the wonderful staff. Beautiful young people, most from Myanmar, learning English from youtube and songs to increase their chances of success in touristic industry in Thailand, all very interested in making personal connections and appreciative of our curious conversation. When it came to the room itself, we were tickled to be in a treehouse - the stairs were epic - but the room was clean, well appointed, and simple, with lots of outdoor living space, and a fan to keep the air flowing and mosquitos off you at that 15 minutes of airborne attack that is the time just after sunset. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well when needed, the curtains provided privacy, the shower water was hot and it drained properly! We rented a scooter on premises to explore the area and loved that freedom since there are few cars on Koh Tao and you arrive to the island by Ferry. The value was good, and everyone took great care of us. All that we needed was handled professionally. We relaxed when we were not exploring and the resort offered the perfect opportnities for that. They also had a great beachfront with loungers but we did not spend any time there this trip. As I mentioned it was at the "end" of the beach, and easy to walk to the fun on the Pier, or escape down the road into the forest to find other hidden beaches and snorkeling areas. For an active couple seeking quiet relaxation, this place was perfect. The birds, plants and animals in the area were all a joy to observe.
