My 3rd stay during last 2 years.. love this hotel..big lobby..big rooms..all amenities..comfortable stay always..

Outdated hotel with poor service and maintenance We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property looks like it has not been renovated in over 20 years. Most facilities are very old, and some were not functioning properly. One major issue was the lack of Wi-Fi in the guestrooms. We were told to go to the lobby to access the internet, which is highly inconvenient. The hotel appeared almost empty, with only one front desk staff and one bellman on duty. Parking was not clearly arranged, and we had to park in front of closed shop lots around the building. The location is also quite inconvenient, with nothing within walking distance. The room itself was only partially clean. Towels and bedsheets were old, and some electrical outlets did not work. After seeing the general condition of the hotel, we decided to skip breakfast. Another issue was communication—there was no direct phone line to reception. Instead, guests must use a LINE QR code, but responses were very slow. On the morning of check-out, the electricity went out, and no staff responded to the situation. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not stay here again
