Trang Grand Hotel

I have arrived at the reception of the GardenHill Mansion Hotel and after requesting my passport and making the check-in arrangements, they ask me for a deposit of 500 BATH. before my refusal to deliver that money because I understand that my reservation has been made with AGODA and not directly with the hotel I ask you for more accurate and correct information of the particular conditions of the hotels, so freely and with accurate information I decide if I go through of you or I do it with another platform for example TRIVAGO.   The supposed boss was presented at my request at the reception and with bad manners and bad manners, beating on the counter a beautician would not stop recriminating me and disrespecting me. I wanted to prevent the accommodation and to assert its internal policy over the contract they have with AGODA. This situation is unfortunate, besides the lack of civility and education leave much to be desired. hello guys if u have panning stay trang cant stay this mansion is very very rude staff my story is i go stay in trand grand mansion , my friend come to meet my room we drink after he go back and he charge my 50.baht i cant see like this hotel in my life if some come meet u and he charge after the come check my room my bed sheet is dirty normal she told me we charge bed sheet also is not my duty I pay for hotel ,and you clean very bad place

The Trang Grand Mansion is a great hotel at a great price! The hotel is very new & our room was very clean and comfortable. It has free wifi and the connection was very fast. It is located a few minutes drive from the 3 main shopping centres in Trang, and about 5 minutes by car from the city centre. There was a fridge in the room and free water was provided, but there weren't coffee & tea making facilities in the room, though they were available in the reception area downstairs.Overall our stay was excellent & we'll definitely stay there again.
