Lake View Resort

We stayed in one of the cabins by the river. It was stunningly peaceful and beautiful. I’d highly recommend it. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a lovely pool on site and the restaurant food is good and reasonably priced.

This lovely little hotel consists of only 6 rooms. All the rooms (terraced houses) have a direct view to the lake. Directly outside the rooms there are tall trees and flowers, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and cake outside at a little table and also enjoy the splendid view of the lake. The owner is a very kind old granny who will do her best to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. Rooms are a bit small and furnished with old Thai wooden furniture. Bed mattress is a bit to the hard side. The hotel and the furniture and the tv and the aircon/ fans are not new, but it all has character and atmosphere. Bathroom is clean and basic with a shower and a toilet. The hotel has actually changed its name to Rimthan View Resort. There are restaurants and cafe’s nearby along the lake. We experienced no noise issues during our stay and had a good and quiet night.
