This place must have been truly a Jewel of the Orient in its day, truly amazing place with lovely grounds , the building and interior truly fantastic Sadly with the lack of maintenance care and love it is not the place it once was. The rooms clean but need some make over, the staff really need to get their act together, extremely unhelpful and unpleasant in their manner. I would love to visit this hotel again especially if it was maintained the way it once was.

This is the first hotel in Thailand where the staff have been unfriendly and completely bored with there jobs. Neither of us could connect to wifi with our mobile phones. Coffee at breakfast was only warm and when I complained gave me an instant coffee in a chipped cup. Ubon has much better hotels to offer. I am not surprised the hotel was nearly empty.

On 26 Jun 2018. I had booked 2 rooms by agooda stay at ubon buri hotel just 1 night. The hotel every big space and fresh easy for parking. The staff are friendly. The room are big but facilities like tower are old and no toothbrush in the room, AC every cool but a little bit noisy. Will be try again,
