excellent stay of 3 days spent in this 3-star hotel but that it welcomes that the staff booked us from the reception at the bar restaurant to the maid without forgetting their Manager without forgetting the tourist guide and the driver the 2 Ali a big thank you for all Sometimes hotel stars are not the only reference to make your trip as enjoyable

Stayed here for 1 night With the sahara excursion through tui . We all had an amazing time discovering the sahara However We had 2 rooms My room wasn't the best But compared to the other room it was a Palace. Bed sheets, pillows , blankets We're dirty I mean really dirty Bathroom I dont think had seen a cleaner for months . The sink was smashed There was mould and limescale Encrusted on the taps , tiles And around the shower. The restaurant if you could call it that Was horrific Plates , cutlery, table linen We're dirty The place was really grim . Tui need to change this hotel or the hotel needs a makeover With retraining cleaners on how to clean and maintain The property . Only upside was the aircon I think it's the best aurcon we have ever had on a holiday

My husband and I stayed for one night as a stop- over for a Sahara tour arranged via TUI. Although the outside of the hotel looks nice, the room we had was dated and dirty. There was no internet in the room, TV, nor coffee making facilities. The shower was so dirty that it couldn’t be used. Staff had a very strange attitude, and getting dinner in the evening was crowded and chaotic.
