Odyssee Resort Zarzis Thalasso & Spa Oriental

The Hotel was very clean and organised during the day the animation team did a really good job entertaining people and interacting with them especially at the evening. If there was a problem there was always someone to help and it feels really safe in the hotel.

The Personal was really friendly

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my mom and my son, and we are leaving with memories filling our heads. We spent a superb week, punctuated by relaxation, laughter, and very beautiful encounters. Our room with a sea view was a real joy. Waking up every morning facing this magnificent panorama was a true privilege. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Our biggest favorite remains without hesitation the entertainment team! A huge thank you to Samy, Amal, James, Chems, Lily, Diego, Ziad, Mimi, as well as to all the other entertainers (sorry if I forget any!). You were incredible from the beginning to the end of our stay. Always smiling, available, kind, and overflowing with energy, you created a friendly atmosphere that largely contributed to making our vacation unforgettable. A big bravo also to Lorenzo, the head of entertainment, who leads this wonderful team with passion, dynamism, and professionalism. A very special mention to Samy, with whom I had the pleasure of participating in the step sessions. His motivation, his enthusiasm, and his good humor are contagious. He knows how to put everyone at ease and make every session as athletic as it is friendly. My son also experienced an unforgettable vacation thanks to the kids' club. He went there every day with enthusiasm and loved the evening mini-discos. A huge thank you to Amal and Lily, who were extraordinary with the children: always smiling, attentive, and full of energy. They contributed greatly to making their stay magical. The only small downside concerns the seaweed present on the beach. It’s a bit of a shame, but it is a natural phenomenon that in no way spoiled our stay. A big thank you to the entire hotel staff for their welcome, their availability, and their kindness. We are leaving with our hearts full of wonderful memories and hope to have the pleasure of returning. We recommend this establishment!
