We visited as a family of 4 with x2 teenagers in July 26. The positives: We got lucky, we had two connecting rooms on the third floor with a view of the pool and sea in the distance. Rooms were well maintained, but slightly dated. Swimming pool - although warm (heat wise) the pool is very large and a good place to chill. Entertainment staff - although annoying at times, they do their best to keep the customers entertained. Reception team - we’re brilliant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Negatives (where do I start): Restaurant - no air conditioning (roasting hot), dated and depressing, reminded me of a 1970’s prison in the UK with yellow walls and dated furniture. Food - we are not fussy eaters but the food was mediocre and poor quality. Breakfast was horrendous, lunch not much better, evening meals an improvement but still not great. We decided to buy bits from the supermarket and eat out after 3 days as things were not good, some guests including myself suffered from stomach issues. Beach - is rubbish, more a forgotten and run down corner plot directly next to waste land. Beach bar - the worst, only serves water and fizzy drinks in miniature cups, good luck with getting an actual bottle of water, this seemed beyond the capabilities of the bar staff although the fridges definitely had water bottles in them, staff were oblivious to requests. Lead barman is an absolute joker, and likes to sneakily ask for cash (Euros) from guest during side conversations. Main reception - uninviting with very poor air conditioning, whereby you mostly sweat buckets if you hang around the reception area for to long (due to the heat). Massage - ok but the female masseuse stinks of cigarettes during massage time which is off putting. ——————— Overall not great, a hotel I would not recommend or visit ever again. I would strongly suggest you book elsewhere.

We stayed for 7 nights ! Firstly I have returned with my husband and son and we just been treated from scabies I started to get spots on day 3 Rooms are so dirty ! The water in hotel is very salty and sticky. At dinner I saw waiter drop forks and knifes on the floor and then put them back to clean ones . There is cats walking around restaurant and pissing on every corner. In evenings underneath the grill there is little wholes in ground the cats piss in there as well . Flys are everywhere where in food some of them are so stuck to the food that they can’t even get out it’s disgusting 🤮 in fact if you see the last video on facebook you could see the flys on they’re food . The plates are dirty and they don’t have a dishwasher in the bar if you pay attention they have glass rincer what in hell ?! No one is going to toilet and I’m pretty sure many tourists piss in the pool . There is cigarette ends everywhere in pool area and it’s very diary floor and slippery as well . I have never seen ones that they put any chemicals is water . There was bugs in our room as well . Just horrible and unsafe. Life guard is sitting on side in his phone and smoking . Hi is not watching anyone . The only one star I give to animation team they are credit to your hotel . For this money I rather go somewhere else never we will return to Tunisia. They don’t give drinks to gardener as well no matter how hot it is outside. . If you ever go there give some tips to the staff they all work for maximum minimum and I’m very sorry for staff . No days off . It’s like slavery . And I can’t say this was cheap trip .
